- Financing a vibrant centre in Klang Leu, where ICARE GROUP began its journey in Cambodia 15 years ago.

For nearly 20 years, Enfants de Klang Leu (EKL) has been working alongside the most vulnerable children and families in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Our approach is based on concrete, measurable and sustainable actions, built with and for local communities.
